    Best way to raise/care for FULL-FLAVOR?

    What age to slaughter?

    We enjoy out Freedom Rangers on ours. Injected with some garlic butter ...yum!

    We have done some of our CX and they have been equally tasty. The wife wants 50 done this batch that will be fed more corn to add thicker skin just for this cooking process.
