Best Broody and dual purpose Chicken Breed

I would like to best dual purpose and broody chicken that are also good for cold wheather as i live in UK?

I have two..
1. Brahmas, I breed them.
They are very cold hardy, they make great egg layers and they make great Broody hens being able to cover lots of eggs as they are so big.

2. buff Orpington
They are cold hardy, great egg layers and they are among the three breeds known for broodiness.

Purebred Cornish, I have Buffs. They are meaty enough for me to call them dual-purpose, forage reasonably well and happily go broody.

Edited to add; I had to double check the number with a conversion clculator, but this past winter it got down to -26.6C here and my Buff Cornish were fine. They quit laying, naturally, but they made it through with no trouble or frozen combs and are laying again.

Btw, @Brahmachicken240 , those Brahmas are gorgeous! Is that Blue Buff?
