Best Egg Fertilzation ratio

i will be runin 30 white leghorn hens i want maximum egg fertilzation ive had people tell me 3 roosters would be enuff and some told me to run 5 what do yal think?

Three SHOULD be enough, but of course more could be better.

i would also like to no how soon after the light comes on in the mournin do hens normally lay eggs my light comes on at 6 am when would they be laid?

but if you run 30 hens start out with not enough roos than too many b/c you dont want them to be hard on you hens i was just saying you dont want to roo to be hard on your hens i only run bout 10 hens max so in only have one roo but the first sign he is not being nice enough then he is out that concerned me for your sake


and hens are on like a 26 hour cycle i think so i dont think it really matters when the 26 hours is up they will lay i have some that lay at like 8p and some who lay in the middle of the afternoon i dont think it has anything to do with the light really but laying season does but the time they lay doesnt but i could be wrong

Hens lays eggs about every 26 hours, so the time they lay each day will be different. And each hen is on its own cycle, so I'd imagine you'll be getting eggs throughout the day.
