Best hatchery to buy one rooster chick

    I'm looking to purchase only one rooster chick and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on what would be the best online hatchery to purchase fromplease and thanks for any replys

    I would just purchase a rooster from craigslist as most hatchery have a minimum order requirement.

    I have checked Craigslist but no one around my area has the particular breed I am looking for either a barred rock or buff Orpington those are the type of hens I have

    You could check out the buy-sell-trade forum here on BYC, things come & go from their fairly frequently. Or maybe if your feed store has a bulletin board check that.

    I hope you find the rooster you're looking for!

    I too hope that you are able to find the rooster you want.
