Anyone know where the best deals on CX chicks are? I am looking to get my next batch (Max of 25, my brooder can't handle more)..

I can get them at a "local" hatchery for 1.47 a chick. With gas it comes out to about $2.23 a chick.

Just wondering if there was a place I could get them cheaper (including shipping)?

Also do any of the hatcheries offer these things year round?

i got mine the other day from here. 25 chicks with shipping, it came out to $1.40 but that doesn't count the gas to pick up at the p.o. (which is only 2 miles away)

the chicks were and are very healthy. i know last week or so, myers hatchery was having a sale where with shipping, i think it came out to a $1.
