Best self sufficient turkey breed

i am planning on raising two or three turkeys In a large coop then once they figure out where home is I will let them free rage 24/7. We do have wild dogs cats etc.. So I flying is a must. I also want a turkey that is a great forager. Any help is much appreciated.

Ps we have 2 very large buildings they can sleep on at night and we they will have to share 27 acres with about 7 free ranging pea fowl.
