Best tips for hatching mailed eggs?

I’ve ordered a few eggs to set in two different incubators... both hova Bators with auto turners..


What is YOUR tip for success with these shipped hatching eggs? I’m scared I won’t be successful and I kind of started big...

Let them sit still in cartons for 36 hours before setting.
