We processed our 8 remaining geese today-and now I am anxious to eat them!
Pretty limited number, and alot of time, money and work went into keeping them alive this long, so I dont want to waste one by cooking it badly.
I have never eaten goose before, but I love duck, and am hoping that I will love goose too!
So, recommendations? Everybody's chillin in the fridge for 24 hours already of course....
