big chest

My hen (5+ years old) has a big or swollen chest… almost hard to the touch. Doesn’t seem to hurt. Any thoughts??

Welcome to BYC. That looks like a full crop. It could be normal in the evening, but check it again in the early morning, before she eats or drinks, to make sure that it is empty. If it is still full and hard after going all night long without food and water, she may have an impacted crop. Here is some reading about crop problems:
