Big chicken, big chicken, big chicken... wait... small chicken??

Okay, heres the scoop.
I made a deal with my dad, I said the chicks really needed a heat lamp for the coming weeks, and he said no way. So one died on the first night and he gave in.

So now he feels bad and got me four new chicks, but a different breed. My first chicks are now going on 4 weeks, but the new ones are 3 weeks.
When he got them, he said they were not batams, but they have not grown, at all!
They are black with some white spots on them, not very loud and cannot fly very high. They are also smaller than when I got my other ones at that age.
Did my dad get batams without knowing it?
I really tried to post pics, but it did not work.

Could be! Or they are younger.. can you tell by their wing feathers?

Not really. The owner said they were 2 weeks. They don't look it. Their wings (or body) have not grown the pin feathers yet.
I don't know. *sigh* I am probably just being stupid. I need to be patient.
