Big Egg Little Egg

Okay,

I'm about 80 percent certain that one of my girls lays a HUGE egg most days and an under size egg occasionally. I'm pretty sure I can tell these girls apart, and I'm pretty sure I know who's sitting on what when the eggs are collected, but I can't swear on it.

Seems plausible that a hen would need a rest now and again, so, is this a common occurence, or might something be missing from her diet?

Does the huge egg have more than one yolk? How small is the smaller one?

She's yet to lay a double yolk, though the yolk in the Huge egg is also Huge porportionally.

On a huge day, her egg won't fix in a supermarket egg carton slot. On a small day, it's about half the volume. There is a very significant discrepancy.

Had I not seen the small egg plop from her bottom as she strutted about the yard, I would have assumed one of the younger chickens had layed it.
