    How cute! Your big hen is being so nice. How did you manage that one?!?! My older ones all one to peck my 3 wk. olds to death!

    Quote:The hens brooder was in the bathroom of my apartment for their first six weeks until we bought our house. They were handled at least 10x per day. The hen in the photo would crawl up my arm and perch on my shoulder when she was 2 weeks old. Out first set of hens were all raised like that and are super friendly.
