I think it's possible it's a cyst or maybe even a tumor, if she's always had it and it's grown.
I thought infection because of the location but if she's had it so long...

Hi, thanks for the reply! She's very healthy, eating, drinking running around. Her coop is well ventilated. Her eye has always had that since she was young, I thought she mightve got hit by another chicken and it was just a bruise of some sorts, but over time it has slowly grew.

Is she your only hen with this problem? Are any of your other hens displaying problems?

It does look like a cyst or tumor. Peck wounds can sometimes become abscessed and swollen. But I am not a vet nor an expert.
