Post pics of your biggest and smallest eggs, and which chickens laid them!!!
I do believe my huge Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, Cheyenne, laid this little bitty thing. Imagine it coming out of such a big girl!
Here's the pretty hen who "done it!"
I don't have an egg pic to share, But I just have to tell you that is one BEAUTIFUL hen!!! I love her coloring!
Is that a nickel or a dime? I can't tell. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is one pretty girl.
Thank you so much, @AuntNomi , @austrolover1, and donkeydew2farms! You all are too kind.
Any other pics?
This is a new layers egg I just found a few days ago. I didn't know which chicken made it so I asked and was told one of my Welsummers. It is a large egg, however I didn't think to take a pic along side of an object so you could tell size.
Speaking of Welsummers, this double-yolk monster was laid quite a few months ago, and we could barely believe it came out of a chicken! Poor girl, it must have hurt.
Laserbeak the Welsummer, layer of humongous eggs.
