My 4 girls were lounging around the yard this weekend when the resident hummingbird came over to check them out. All of its humming and clicking just 2 feet above the sleeping chickens woke up the RIR (our very own village idiot).
I saw the dim light bulb illuminate above the RIR's wee pea brain. This thought bubble popped up: "OMG that's the biggest moth I've ever seen"
Off she went, chasing that hummingbird around the yard until it got tired of playing with her.
