Big's Thai Peanut Sauce

    Here's a good sauce for grilled skewered steak or chicken satay (Thai style), pot stickers, Big's Asian Slaw, Botan noodles with spinach, heck just about ANYTHING !!!!!!!

    Mis en place:

    1 cup chunky peanut butter (use a good oily one like Laura Scudders)
    2 Tbls Soy Sauce
    2 Tbls Sesame Oil
    2 Tbls Rice Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbls Galic Chile Paste
    1/4 Cup Corn Oil (or Peanut Oil)


    Combine ingredients in a bowl with a whisk and then transfer to a jar to refrigerate covered. Allow flavors to combine at least 1/2 hour before using.
