Birds eye is shut

I have noticed one of my chickens eyes has been clouding over recently. Just today I noticed that one of her eyes was closed. She is an old bird at the bottom of the pecking order so has she been pecked in the eye possibly? I attached a picture below. Is there anything I can do? She is acting normal and eating and drinking.

Thanks for the reply! The next day her eye was open and I she was acting normal and nothing was swollen. Do you think its still a problem?
