black and blue mark

My leghorn has been attacked by a hawk and my rooster kicked its ass but i guess its feet hit her in the face and its swollen i put ice on it to reduce swelling and pain what should i do? ibuprofen?

ok ill keep thge ice on it and disinfectant but probly not baby aspirn becauase thts probally not very good for chickens but the rooster i pretty good he only chaced like a small sparow hawk or something and it flew away, if it was a big hawk the chicken would of been in trouble
