Black Australorp...hen or rooster??

Hello all.....I recently acquired two black australorps that should be hens. They are probably about 12-14 weeks old right now. The one pictured below is slightly larger, with a larger comb than the others. This one has been making some attempts at crowing in the morning (that sound pretty funny) so I am trying to figure out if I have a rooster or just a hen that is trying to take control of the flock. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

The black australorp does look like a rooster. It is about the age they would start crowing at.
