    Can't be pure;
    Has feathered shanks, upright tail, big round eyes, beetle green sheen on feathers.
    Any guesses? [IMG]

    I am honestly not sure. I have australorps but none of them do. I am honestly not knowledgable at all on silkies, feathered legs, etc. so I'm not your person to go to:( She really does look like an australorp and even has the green tint in the light so that would be my best guess! Good luck!

    Thanks. And jeez sorry for the multiple posts I'm new to this site and it won't publish my posts right away so I think it didn't go through.

    I've never seen Black Australorps with feathered legs - maybe she is a cross, or possibly poor hatchery quality.

    I just came across a picture of a Jersey Giant and this honestly could be her breed. Look up Jersey Giants with feathered shanks:)

    I have to correct myself-upon further research I have to say that she is probably a langshan. I feel very confident saying that:)
