Black bantam cochin roo brownsville TX

I'm trying to locate a black bantam cochin rooster for someone in Brownsville, TX. He wanted me to ship one to him from WI, but there must be someone near him with a good quality breeder for sale.

I'm a little closer, though I don't know if the one I'd have would be 'good enough'. He is not quite as 'round' as he should be and is out of a black mottled male and buff frizzle female. He is not a frizzle. He does have good foot feathers but could be more 'ball' shaped. I don't have a current pic of him, I'll get one (if it ever stops raining) if you think you might be interested.
