Black Chick Down - can you sex them by the yellow on the head?

I can't find it anywhere but I thought there was a thread about sexing by the spot of yellow on the head of a black chick. Is this only on the sex link chicks? I Have a couple of black Araucana chicks, the down that is, that are black with yellow eyebrows, wingtips and lower chest to tail underneath.
