I got these 1 week old chicks as rescues from some kids hatching project what breed are they part of me thinks they are French black copper marans but what do you think.

Clear pictures of comb might help. They might be mixed. Easter eggers come to mine

Most likely barnyard mixes. Post updated pics once they feather out completely. We'll also need the light on the chicks and not behind them.

They could be BSLs, or just mixes. Clearer photos would help.
