Black Copper Maran...Pullet or Cockerel?

I bought what I thought were 2 Black Copper Maran Pullets and now I’m not sure. The one has a larger comb, 2wattles (the other only has one) and the tail feathers look different. They are roughly 19 weeks old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
