Our incubator is full so we have 8+ BCM eggs up for bid. The eggs in the pictures are the 6 collected so far for this shipment next to a Speckled Sussex egg for color comparison. We have 3 hens with our 1 Rooster and fertility couldn't be better. Color is consistantly between 5-7 on the Marans of America chart and the birds are a year this month, laying well. We will bubble wrap each egg individually and ship out first thing Monday morning. Eggs are collected twice a day and our weather has been very nice so they haven't been exposed to any extreem heat or extreem cold. All our birds are feather shanked.
My Rooster's comb was frost biten a bit this last winter, but this picture (taken today) shows his color better
Egg Pictures taken today in direct sunlight. The pale brown egg is from my Speckled Sussex hen, just for color comparison.
