Me too! My best layers are brown leghorn/EE mixes--I get huge light green eggs. Then I took those hens and put them under a barred Rock rooster and got different colored layers, all with some barring which I love. puffy cheeks that I also love, good production, some funky green eggs.I do love Brown Leghorns. They are so beautiful. You have a lovely pair there.
