Black Copper Marans experts: gender help please on 3 week old

This 3 week old was the only one to hatch out of its batch, that I got from a private breeder. Please give me your opinion on whether it is a roo or pullet. The comb is yellow, and wattles are very light pink, but not pronounced. The wing feather colors are coming in copper, but didnt know if this indicates sex or not. Thank you in advance!

i don't know but would like someone experienced to chime in. i have some hatching soon so would like to know.
