Black Copper Marans: Hen or Roo

Help! New owner of a BCM. Worried that this one might be a roo A lot of coloring, a little taller than my other chicks the same age (although different breeds) and pretty red, large wattle/comb. 10-11 weeks. Definitely no crowing yet.

Do you see the long shiny pointy feathers he has coming in on his and above his tail? Only roosters get those
