Is this bacterial leaf spot? I can't find anything definitive online. All of my peppers (its worst on the banana peppers) have these textured black dots on them as if you took an ink pen and dotted them. I can feel the spots are raised. The leaves of the plants look fine, however about a month ago I noticed a lot of them were curling under but look fine now. We have had A LOT of rain lately. I hate to admit this, but I planted them in the same area I had peppers last year
