Black head disease?

I have a 16ish week Tom that isn’t acting right. Laying down a lot, hunched a bit, panting, laying down a lot, in general doesn’t seem well. He also had a strange yellow tinted poop that I’ve not seen before. Could this be blackhead disease? We’ve been feeding them tomato horn worms as a snack and apparently invertebrates can carry it?
