Black sex link bantam?

I have a 13 week old girl I hatched, that was meant to be a bantam dominique. The other hen and roo from the same group of eggs have turned out looking like normal bantam dominiques, but she remained solid black, until about 2 weeks ago, when I noticed she was starting to get bits of red feathers around her neck.
I got the eggs off of ebay, and I do recall the seller listing bantam RIR's among the other breeds they raise. I know RIR over dominique will produce a black sex link in standards, but does the same principle apply for bantys? Or maybe she's something else entirely?

I would not see why sex linking would not work. I think you could possibly got a mini BSL.

Is her or his parents a Dominiques and RIR?
If i use dominique roo over RI hen will its still black link?

Nope. For black sex links, the hen has to be barred or cuckoo and the roo non-barred. Here's a link to pretty much the definative thread on sex link info.
