Black sex link? Hen or rooster?

Here is a “black sex link” I got from Tractor Supply in March.
1. It seems to have a pea comb so is it actually a sex link?
2. Hen or rooster?

You have a Gold Laced Wyandotte...and that is a rose comb (horseshoe indent as chick)....rooster.

Black Sex Links are black down chicks. Girls will be all black, to become black based hens with red bleed through at hackles and chest. Males will be black down chicks with a white head dot for the barring that will come as adults.
