Just wondering if this one black sex link is a male?... he seems to be more orange/red than the others in the neck / chest area... He/She is just over 4 weeks old

His / her feet are more yellow than the others ( the others have black feet )

This is a picture of the other BLS I have... Still orange / red on the chest area but not as much...

I have two six week old black sex-link pullets. My understanding is that black sex-links are bread so that they can be positively sex ID'd at birth. The males have a white spot on their heads.

yeah, I kept reading that.. ( about the white spot on head ) but this girl is a total different colour than all my other ones, so i got a little confused... I realize that Sex-Links are super easy to Id at birth.. but I just wanted to double check!! : )

I have two BSLs. One is nearly all black. The other has more red then yours, and from a distance I can't tell her apart from my Welsummers!
