Black Silkie Rooster Phoenix Arizona

I am looking for someone who would like this beautiful all black silkie rooster for a breeding silkie. He is very friendly and pretty. I can't have roosters, and he who I thought was a she started full up crowing a few days ago. I know my neighbor will turn me in because they turn everyone in for something. If you know of someone in the Phoenix area, who won't just eat him, or won't use him for illegal fights, please let me know. If you have other suggestions, please let me know.
