Black spots on hen’s comb

My 7 month old Buff Orpington has an area of black spots on her comb. Seems healthy otherwise, eating normally and laying well. The other girls don’t seem to have any spots.

I’ve been reading posts that suggest it may be a pecking injury, and would love any feedback. When dabbed with a q-tip, some blood appears, so it could be scabs. Hoping it’s not mites. Picture is attached.

Its just scabs, she'll be completely fine! There's nothing you really need to do.
