Black spots

Hey guys I just joined this site
One of my roosters have black spots on its comb. There is also freckle like things growing around his eyes but it's really small. He also has fits and shakes his head out of no where and doesn't want to eat anything. He mostly sits down and opens and closes him beak.
I'm really worried about him
Can you guys please help me out

Can you post a picture of the spots? Google Pox and see if you come up with anything that looks the same. It may be just a scratch that has healed up and scabbed- What breed is he?
