Black Star sex ID - new breed to us

Hello! We are Welsummer chicken owners making or first foray into Black Stars (and a couple Rhode Islands too). We have read a lot about the breed and feel they are a good fit for us. We brought home these two little cuties (approx 2 weeks old) and they took an instant liking to us and their temporary brooder home. We were curious if the little white spot that appears on one of their heads qualifies as enough for a roo? We are unsure, but we're new to this breed. We thought some of the experts in this community could help settle it for us. I tried to take a photo that shows both heads equally. Of course the new RIR's kept jumping in too

We will be happy with him/her either way!
