Black thing coming out of chickens eye!

What do I do. She had pus originally behind what seemed to be her lens. Antibiotics for 2 weeks but now this black thing is sticking out of her eye. Please help!

You can still see pus towards the bottom of her eye. Then top towards her back you can just about see the black thing coming out. It's really horrible. She has it closed most of the time.
