IS THE BLACK VARITY OF WYANDOTTES A GOLDNE LACE? OR IS THERE A TRUE BLACK LACE WYANDOTTE. I HAVE A BLUE LACED RED ROO AND 3 GOLDEN LACED HENS. WAS WONDERING IF BREEDING THE BLUE LACED RED ROO WITH THE GOLDEN LACE WOULD SPIT OUT?

THE BLACK VARIETY OF WYANDOTTES ARE BLACK IN COLOR.

GOLDEN LACED WYANDOTTES ARE JUST GOLDEN COLORED BIRDS WITH BLACK LACES.

SILVER LACED WYANDOTTES ARE JUST WHITE COLORED BIRDS WITH BLACK LACES.

THE ORIGINAL WYANDOTTES WERE SILVER AND GOLDEN LACED.

WHEN THE NAME "SILVER LACED WYANDOTTE" IS USED SILVER REFERS TO THE BASE COLOR OF THE BIRD WITH LACES AS THE SECOND LAYER.

IF YOU BREED YOUR BIRDS YOU WILL GET A VARIETY OF COLORS DEPENDING ON EACH PARENT BIRD'S GENETIC BACKGROUND.

    HAVE A NICE DAY.
