Good morning everyone :) I have a couple of my hens tha have almost black gooey poop. This has been going on for a few months. I have tried to worm (valbazen), probiotics, acv.... I'm out of things I know to do. No one is acting sick. Doesn't seem to affect them. Maybe it doesn't matter. [IMG] Please let me know your thoughts.... Thanks!

Maybe try cutting out the treats and/or changing feed. They might be eating something wild in the environment too, like berries, so it can be difficult to diagnose without isolating them so you can control their diet. If you are very concerned you can take a poo sample to the vet for a fecal float, Or you might try Corid (can't hurt).

PS - You do know about normal cecal poos right?
