Blind baby?

Our chicks are a week old now!! It has been a delight! I am worried about 1. His eyes never open, he is a lot smaller than the others. I put him to water every couple hours (sugar water) I think he might be blind. He just sits there and peeps.

I also have one that walks on his knees!!! I think those two were the ones that were the late bloomers. Any suggestions? Thanks

awww poor baby...I'd take them to an avian vet...but that's just me...I'm sure others would cull, some would wait??? looking forward to hearing what others say...
