I have a blind 13 week old female leghorn chicken which is also probably deaf. Eats and drinks well. Housed separately now from 3 adult hens. Is free ranged but only with human supervision.

Would like suggestions on how to manage this bird as she matures.

Welcome to BYC. How long has she been separate, and was she earlier kept with the others? Has she been bullied or pecked in the past by the other birds? I have only dealt with a chicken blind in one eye, but it would be a challenge dealing with a completely blind hen who was free ranging. It might be easier to keep her in a small area near the others, where her food and water, and sleeping spot were easy to access. That is too bad about her possibly being deaf as well. A large wire dog crate with food and water inside the coop or run would be a good way to get her back with the flock, but still protect her.

Do you have any close up pictures of her eyes? Is there any color change, irregular shaped pupils, or cloudiness in the eyes? There are many causes of blindness in chickens, including injury, infection, vitamin deficiencies, avian encephalomyelitis or AE, Mareks disease, birth defects, and cataracts.
