blisters on roo's combs and wattles!!!!!!

can someone please help me diagnose my roo's problem.
Some of them have small brownish blisters on their combs and wattles, which turn into scabs after a few days. Only seems to be males affected at this stage. They are about 6 mths, old and various breeds. One of the worst affected is my Mille Fleur bantam. One has already died. I need to find out what it is so I can try to fix it. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
