Blood in duck wee

Hi, wondering if anyone can help.
I have just realised that my nearly 6 week old duckling has blood in his/her wee.
I have also fed him strawberries so don’t know weather it is just that, if anyone can offer any advise please do as I am so worried about him/her

Can you provide pictures? Their poo truly reflects what they're eating so don't give them any red colored treats and you should know by tomorrow. If it's still red by tomorrow then you have possibly got something to be concerned about.

Its probably just strawberry wee. Good advice above. I give mine watermelon. Scary wee ensues.

Ducks do not make yellow urine like we do. Instead, they make uric acid. When it mixes with a small amount of water it makes the white paste associated with bird poo. This mixes with the actual poo which comes from the digestive tract before it leaves through the only exit, the cloaca. So, good chance as others have said, you are seeing strawberry remains.
