My sage egger laid this egg and it appears to have blood on it? Is this normal at all? I haven’t noticed any blood on her butt feathers.

Yes. It sometimes happens when a blood vessel breaks when they are straining to pass an egg.
    How old is she?

Pretty normal if it happens once in awhile...
...if frequent or constant might need to take a closer look at vent.
