It happens some times. It's not a big deal and should stop within a couple days.

This happens to pullets when first laying and should stop soon.

Welcome to BYC! I have a young hen, (six months old) who lays a very large egg and there was a slight blood streak on one of hers recently and just yesterday one of the pullets laid her first egg and it was a decent size with a blood streak on the outside. The eggs themselves were fine. I expect it to clear up as the hens continue laying.
