Blood on pullet egg - should I worry?

Our hens are just starting to lay, and today, one of the BRs laid an egg with just a little blood streak on it. She had a time of it- she was trying to pass that thing yesterday! Went up in the nest box a couple of times, but couldn't manage to do the deed.

Today it took her a couple of times as well. Afterwards, she sat there awhile. Hubby is working on insulating the coop and noticed her throwing bedding on her back. After about 15 mins, she ran back out to play with the others.

Should I be worried? We're pretty sure this is her first egg. (We know for a fact that one of the RIRs is laying. None of her eggs ever had any blood, or even poop!)

Any advice would be very much appreciated. Felt so bad for our girl!

totally normal don't feel bad all part of normal operating procedures

she probably wasn't trying to pass it...just looking around figuring out where to go when the time came...like new parents...first child they pack a bag...practice driving to the hospital...do the pre-checkin thing...second kid they plan a trip to Vegas
