Looks like normal day 20 to me. You can see the veins spidering around the shell between the chick and the air cell. A blood ring usually happens early when the chick is just starting to form.
Looks normal! I'm still new to incubating, but from what I've experienced, blood rings are very defined and ring-like, especially compared to a healthy egg. If the veins are visible and obvious, it's a good sign that it's healthy.
