My girls are about one year old now, and they have been egg laying machines!
I have seen little smears of blood on the eggshell when they first began laying, but never this much. Are my girls ok? Nobody was acting off today and I got 17 eggs- about average.

When the young girls start laying, a few eggs will be like that. They should be fine. :D
