Bloody egg

During my morning routine, I found an egg in a nestbox with blood on it. It was laid early in the morning and I didn't notice the blood until a bit later. All the girls appear to be fine. My question is: how concerned should I be now that I've experienced my first bloody egg ever?

If all of the hens are behaving normally I would not be concerned, especially if they are relatively new layers. Sometimes a blood vessel bursts as they are passing the egg.
